I ordered a dress for my mom 3 weeks in advance and never received it. Tracking was at a stop and I had to contact my bank to get a refund. They advertise nice clothes but doesn't deliver on product and no customer service contact .

You can not enlarge photos for details on Rosewe I ordered a beautiful coat awhile ago and upon receipt found it had snap closures instead of buttons no problem but one snap was missing I notified them and they offered a 20% refund for me to keep it abd drive an hour out of my way to purchase snap closures and repair it myself they offer no valid return address because the adress could not be found and customer service was rude, Whish I had checked BBB 1st they have a long list of complaints against this company.

I have tried to get assistance from Rosewe customer service but each time they give me the runaround or ask that I keep the items and they give me 20% refund.

Dress style was correct, however color was not what I ordered or had ever seen. Order took about three weeks, then incorrect. Deliveries take too long to wait for the correct item. Customer service not paying attention to orders

The customer service and return policy was great! Clothing not so much!!! Poor quality.
