“ I ordered a dress for my mom 3 weeks in advance and never received it. Tracking was at a stop and I had to contact my bank to get a refund. They advertise nice clothes but doesn't deliver on product and no customer service contact . ”

“ You can not enlarge photos for details on Rosewe I ordered a beautiful coat awhile ago and upon receipt found it had snap closures instead of buttons no problem but one snap was missing I notified them and they offered a 20% refund for me to keep it abd drive an hour out of my way to purchase snap closures and repair it myself they offer no valid return address because the adress could not be found and customer service was rude, Whish I had checked BBB 1st they have a long list of complaints against this company. ”
