“My flatmate was given a coaster from Rosie Made A Thing’s website, as part of his leaving present from his job recently. I looked at the website and liked some of the items, and bought a coaster for a good friend who has recently let us stay with her while we were looking for a flat to rent in London.
The item I bought arrived quickly and I was pleased with it and the speedy service and delivery.”

The delivery not so much. Ordered with plenty of time on a 48 hr tracked didn’t arrive until 5 days after the order and Royal Mail didn’t cover themselves in glory with their tracking.
Second time this has happened.
Shame the chosen courier is letting the product down.”
