Very disappointed. Assume this is due mainly to poor service from the Royal Mail, who should have been delivering it 1st class.”

“Please no longer ship to EU. In addition to high shipping costs, I was required to pay duty and a fee for duty management. I believe this was an error, because shipments worth less than €150 should be duty-free. I refused acceptance of the shipment and request a refund.”
