“Really disappointed. Ordered a bow die that said on the website would come with a video tutorial. There is no video tutorial and I tried reaching out to Rosie's Craft Shop but have been left ignored. The die just doesn't make sense and the peices are odd shapes/ lop sided. Really poor design. I won't anything order again, such a shame.”

Having told her how stressed I was that her company was at fault. I luckily already had ordered some more fabric as she then decided that she would screw me over some more!!!”

It was taking longer to ship due to the circumstances in the world now. However my order still hasn't even been processed at this time and it's been over a week. Now that I've asked about getting a refund for the items that I have not received. I am not receiving any answers.”
