“Awful company now changing name to Topaz Finance - terrible customer services - been stupid from start to finish and obstructive when trying to make overpayments - Act like its 1950, want you to write not email have to post cheques then dont accept them and they are returned in mail!!!, they send four letters at a time dated a month ago. Agree with other reviewer that they are deliberately obstructive so referring them to ombudsman. Prepare to be on hold for hours trying to get anything done! terrible”
