If you are planning to buy or still in 30 days warranty i would strongly recommend you to DROP the idea of buying this machine.Please read my complete post. It's completely unreliable machine. You can't trust on it. I am using it from last 7+ months and really frustrated with issues on weekly/daily problems. I am not saying issue are not resolvable. But my point is you bought this machine to make your life easy not for adding 1 more challenge in our busy lives. Imagine you have invited friends for dinner and it start throwing issue and you spent 1 hour fixing this.
Imagine your Grandparents/parents are at home and got these issues. They can't troubleshooting those issues ..so they end up staying hungry for lunch/dinner untill you come back.
Imagine You both are working parents and have meetings around lunch time but it starts throwing issue.. what will you do? Leave the meeting and resolve the issue?
I hope you got my situation and I am pretty sure it will resonate each one of you as you are buying this machine to help you not frustrate you on daily basis.
Lots of wheat flour wastage during these issues resolution.. it's very painful to see such wastage. Sometimes it's 6+ Chapatis I need to throw in bin.. so many imperfect doughs that you need to throw in bin.
I have recommended initially to my 2-3 friends..they returned it within warranty period. I was stupid that i trust on their marketing team..
Every time you get so many different errors.
I have nothing against this company. It's just i want to save your frustration. I know i am Trapped but hopefully it can save someone's money and efforts”
