Returns - Difficult

This is not a reputable company. Don't be fooled by the pictures, and the verified buyers, the swim suits are faded out and don't look like the pictures. Read the small print carefully. Returns are not easy especially from Canada. I had to pay $30 for return shipping. I sent back two whole bathing suits and got back two tops in return.

They are from China and expect you to send returns to America.

The low prices are for a reason, steer clear of this company. I ordered two tops which were of such poor quality they were not fit to wear and looked nothing like the ones advertised. I tried to return them but the procedure for returns is so difficult in the end I gave up ant the items ended up in the bin. You have been warned.

Avoid like the plague, Chinese company pretending to be American, didnt payback my returns until I complained to Paypal. Returns postage cost me nearly as much as the products i was returning.... shockingly rude, deceitful customer service. Do not by anything from them!!!!

They don’t inform you that their returns have to be sent to the USA - so to track the parcel would have cost me half of the original price for the garment.

I received 2 bikinis from Rotita one fitted perfectly .the other one should have been a 16 the bottom a stretched tofit me but the top way too small.They do not pay for the returns and was faced with £13.95 to return it .my daughter who is a 12 fits perfect .Had I read the reviews and read the return policy would never have bought from them .!! Be aware

Eventually on 8th February just 12 days after receiving the item Rotita inform me that it it has now gone beyond their 30 day returns policy.
