She has had excellent feedback, until obtaining a new customer.
This was the first time the customer used the site, changed her mind on requirements, haggled the price, and eventually left my daughter a damaging and threatening review that conflicted with Rovers Review Policy and guidelines. The review did not contain a true representation of the facts.
Despite several conversations with Rover staff, they refused to remove the review that was blatantly in breech of their own policy
Rover should use that policy to protect their hard working Walkers, not just the pet owners
Very disappointed with their poor response.
One member of staff hung up the phone , have requested a call back from a manger several times to discuss the situation to obtain a resolution, but no call back as yet.
Rover, if you don’t want to receive negative feedback yourself, then give the pet walkers that use your site (and earn you commission) a fair opportunity when someone posts inaccurate statements that have a negative affect on the walkers rating.
