“The insurance is easy to set up, and at a reasonable price.My claim was complicated (Got the phone from my dad, as he recieved it from his work as reward, and apple were taking a long time to get the details for proof of postage and virgin media did not black list my phone when I reported it stolen, and so it took a long time to resolve with them) , however the team were helpful and patient and my claim has now been approved and I am awaiting my phone :D”
