“Received a renewal notice from another company I had a policy with, but decided to look around for other plans. Came across ROW and found the quote to be less than half what the other company was quoting and also that ROW quote covered a lot more. As yet have not had to make a claim so am unable to comment on service provided by ROW, but have decided to give them a go.”

“I havent had any issurs so far hence i have signed a 4 but sometimes issues occur so i cannot gove it a five. The process to dign up was fairly easy and no issues so far.”

“I am a deaf OAP and found the site easy to follow. The 'Chat' line was a bit awkward for me but Mark was as helpful as he could be.Because of my deafness I am unable to use the phone and email is best”
