“Very happy, so far. Have only just taken out the protection and hope I dont have to use it on my brand new oven and hob. Previously, my appliances were covered by Domestic and General, but very angry and disappointed with the issues I had with them after they scrapped my (4 year old) oven and didnt pay the full price for the replacement - they paid a fraction of the original purchase price - which was not what I thought I was was covered for. Having searched for an alternative provider, Row.co.uk came out the best on reputation, price and cover. Took out the new cover online and it was simple, fast and easy, thanks to a good, clear site. Will review again, if I need to call on Row.co.uk to repair new appliances etc, but so far, I'm very happy with service received, thus far.”
