“I found a better deal using budget mobile for my Sony Experia Z3, than any other company with a cheaper excess if I ever needed to use it. brill thumbs up.:)”

“Good priced excess's and great level of cover - a lot better than protect my bubble who want the premium paid up in full when you claim, peace of mind knowing I won't have this problem!”

“Not claimed but not a easy option available when changing device on policy. I had to cancel my original agreement and set a new one up. I should have been able to do this without all the fuss”

“Very slow, asked me numerous question via email which took up a lot of time before my claim was approved. I am now waiting for my phone to be fixed. It has been over a week already, which is no where near the 24-48 hour time frame they claim on their website.”
