“I purchased a dress from royal Anarkali before 2 months. It was of such a bad quality material that i had to request a return for it. But after two months of continue reminder, the company is not taking any step for picking up the dress. My 2000 rs are clogged. This is a very big FRAUD company. They are not picking up thier number given on their website. They are seeing my messages on watsapp for return of the product but not responding it. You can see in the images.I have complained in consumer forum against them . Please if you are reading this review, then don't make the mistake i made. DO NOR BUY FROM ROYAL ANARKALI👎👎 I didn't see the reviews before purchasing from this company, and now I am suffering. Shame on you royal Anarkali.. you are eating our hard earned money. You will not gain success by our money, remember that..”
“i bought an anarkali suit from this site. the product i received is not the same shown in the pics. it's almost 2 months i am trying to return but no one is answering. they are completely fraud. the number given in the contact us section is switched off. i have mailed them several time but no response. never ever buy any product from them. i am going to take legal action against the site.”

“Very bad experience , i tried to buy a anarkali dress for my wife , the colour of the dress is not the same as shown in the picture , plus the discription says the dress has a bott also which they have not sent . Their return policy says 7 days return but neither they reply on calls , not msgs not even what's app , however they are reading all my what's app msgs send . So people beware while ordering anything from this website . Complete fraud they are and zero after sale service . They just fooling people here globally .”
