“I ordered a saree. Order no 114382. The saree received is of a different color than shown on wesite. I immediate placed a request for cancellation on the email id provided by the company. No acknowledgement or response has been received. The whatapp number provided on the website for Returning Goods is not whatapp enable. The phone number on website - no one picks up.
The cancellation ordwr policy says 7 days but seems there is no intention on the part of the company to do anything about it. Appalled at the pathetic tratment that the conpany is offering to its customers.
