When I was apart of the group they have a losing streak but now that I am not in the group they are winning. A bit of a bummer. The good thing is that they are pretty transparent with their losses.

Support took three days to get back to me to answer a simple question. The trades are very good I give them that but for a big company like this you guys need to be more proactive with responding to members

I purchased a subscription on August 25,2024 and had an active subscription that was canceled by Royal Trading Lounge with no notification or notice. I reached out to their customer support team and no one got back to me. I've been removed from the channel and no one has helped me understand why that has happened. I paid for the service and is not receiving it. The trades were good but very disappointed that I was removed for no reason.
