Offered £60 less than original price as they say it was locked. Then had to wait and chase up for payment.

Having checked around, RPC offered the best price for my iPhone, so I sent it off to them and quickly got an email back from them saying that the phone met their 'full working and grading criteria' and that I'd get a 'confirmation of payment' email within 24 hours. A week later - no email and no money, so I rang them, and got a very helpful guy who said he didn't know what had gone wrong, but that he'd sort it out for me. Another week later ... nothing. So I rang again, no one answered the phone - panic setting in! But next day I tried again and got straight through to a guy called Barry, who said that he'd talk to his manager and get the payment authorised asap. And he did - the payment came through within a couple of hours, and Barry actually rang me back to check that everything was ok. Conclusion - it all worked out in the end, but there was a lot of hassle and worry along the way :-(

Phone described as 32gb Iphone 7 plus working and unlocked. Valued phone at £235, received notification of revised price being £161.00 due to scratches and marks on chassis. It's in good condition, perhaps they should ask for photos if they're going to try and reduce their offer on that basis...waste of time! AVOID

Sent phone to be valued. Got emails saying received. Several days later had email saying it passed all checks and that money would be sent within 24 hours. Still have not had the money. This is not a good site to use. Had I seen the reviews I would have avoided using this company.

Sold my iphone7 to you 10 days ago - had to email you for payment not received within 24 hrs and then you deducted almost £8 for a 'FEE'!! Have sold numerous phones to other recyclers before and NEVER has a fee been deducted from quoted price! Will not use you again

If I could award no stars, I would. I sent an iPad in immaculate condition. They have devalued it to half the price and they say there are ‘deep scratches’ on the screen. I am gutted, and obviously have to accept the offer as if I ask for it to be returned, it will miraculously have scratches and be worthless. BEWARE.......SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE

Very poor service sent phone back was offered £72. Phone received 26th November and no response, they finally respond today with revised offer of £50 due to slight pit on frame and scratch on screen. There was no scratch on screen and the phone was near on perfect condition from always been kept in a case. The phone was four years old so I'm sure the price of £72 should be acceptable for any slight pit in the frame which would of been bearly noticable. I've rejected their stupid revised offer and will go with more retuable firm.

Dodgy, phone goes to them at your tracked cost, imaginary damage found ... price originally offered then reduces... don’t use.

? ? ? I looked on website for price for iphone 6 and it stated £237.00. I thought it would be quicker / easier than selling on ebay so happily sent my 9 month old iphone 6 to RPC Recycle. They offered me £100! I declined this then I got a dodgy second offer over email for £150. My sister has just sold a very similar newish condition phone for £250. I think this company prays on those who are 'counting on the money' I am worried about what condition my phone will be in if / when I get it back. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ? ? ?
