“Somewhere between 4/3 stars. The reson why is because I walked if the gold was available before purchasing and was told yes. So I placed my order and it took 2hr 30min of waiting to get it. I was beyond irritated but in the end the gp was delivered and the representative was very apologetic. So just the wait time was the only negative thing.”

“Very pleased with the items and the service. Only down side was the wait time for delivery and the fact an item was forgotten in the original delivery, the chat agent was very helpful but the in game delivery person was very slow to respond, over an hour to have the forgotten item delivered. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.”

“Would have given 5 stars but my transaction took almost an hour and the person on Live chat couldnt explain why. I had expected less time, because other reviews mention "gold in seconds" and "5 minute transactions".Made me feel uneasy at first. However, I will still give 4 stars because the product was delivered as promised, and once I received the message stating where to meet, the transaction went smoothly, and I will use the service again.”

“Pretty good service, fast and would definitely use again. However, the guy finished the f cape and made the effort to walk towards the bank and left the acc there, in a way that I felt that he was trying to check what I had in bank, because my acc was an UIM, I didn’t had anything there, but i had the feeling that if he had the chance he would’ve stolen something. It’s probably just the way I felt and the guy wouldn’t steal anything. In my opinion, you guys should create some sorta of standardization of the service, basically, the guy would finish the f cape and leave the acc there, just so ppl don’t feel the way I did,”
