“It’s decent for what you pay but definitely needing some work as far as spins. It’s a chance yes but some aren’t worth with the inconsistency in value. You can lose a lot of money or make a lot. Not my preference imo, but is not terrible.”

“Really good service, but there should be a percentage shown on the prices. Bought 2 chests and got terrible prices thinking the percentages were equal. Very decieving on that end. Nethertheless I got what I won without getting information stolen, etc. I would never buy chests again. Unless I know my chancesI won't ever buy one. There is no problem in letting the consumer know the percentage of earning a prices. It would actually benefit the amount of chest sales. Think about it guys, that is why I'm among the best in the marketing career in my university. Customers should know how much percentage they have on the different prices since it's the probability that they are paying for, and not showing it would rather give them a suspicious assumption about your chests. Other than that the prices of other things are about right and fair.”

“The guy I was talking to was really choppy in what he was trying to say it was hard to understand sometimes and he was very slow at responding just the talk before receiving the items took 20 minutes”

“Great idea for a site but likely something I'll never use again. I bought quite a few crates and in the end I earned about half the amount of cash compared to just buying gold. I wish there was normal gambling standards where you have little loss or little gain with a small chance of big loss and gain. From all my tests this wasn't the case experiencing the worst drops on about 70% of the crates and the other 30% were just normal drops but throughout the entire time I never got a rare drop from the crates. Besides that though the staff and everything was absolutely amazing. The live support was always a ton of help. Like I said I likely won't use it again but if there's ever a change to the odds or if you release a percent chance at the rewards let me know and I'll definitely come back and try the site again.”

“Osrs loot chests are not worth the money in my opinion. Spent over $150 with little return from chests. Customer service is 2*- not very helpful however responded to emails efficiently.”

“Purchased the biggest loot box £20 one... Received 5mil worth of bones. Definitely just buying cash next time as spent x4 the amount. Customer service was amazing and very efficient but the product was lacking. If it was based on the outcome and not the customer service it would have been 1*”

“I would not recommend this site. I have bought allot of chest from here and they don't pay out good at all. I understand that's the risk of it. But I could of got 5 times more gp just buying it from another site. I will say they delivered my gold in a timely manner.”

“Was quick and easy, but don't buy loot chest. Tried the demo multiple times and got half decent loot, when I actually opened the thing I got the lowest possible loot. Not worth it in my opinion, just buy gold.”
