Hello Re, Thank you for posting a review. We verify customers paying with card or PayPal to protect ourselves from fraudulent payments. Identity theft and credit card fraud can easily bring an e-commerce website to its knees if kept unchecked.

“I felt that the website wasn't clear enough when I accidently bought a rs3 mystery chest which I should of been reimbursed with for a fair chance of biggest osrs chest win”

Identity theft and credit card fraud can easily bring an e-commerce website to its knees if kept unchecked. If you don't want any verification you can use some other payment options instead such as Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Western Union, and some others. “Unsure why you require all of the information to steal someone’s identity then when I ask about it get absolutely no response. Would like a refund for my last order but couldn’t get anyone to talk to. Real professional.”

Hello Dakota, As per agreements with our payments processors we may request additional documentation from our customers as part of KYC procedure (Know Your Customer procedure). If you don't want to follow this procedure you will get a refund. If you don't want any verification you can use payment options such as Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Western Union, and some others. “I purchase a lot from here.... I forgot to add chest on checkout by mistake because I was rushing as they didn't have gold ready for 1 hour.... I asked to get my chest added after and they wouldn't do it absolute joke the amount of money I spend on here, will be going elsewhere from now on.”

“One of the worst company’s I’ve bought from. Didn’t have the rare I won offered 1/4 it’s real value and waited for two days with no confirmation of when I would receive. Broke their own terms and conditions. Long story short they finally refunded me my payment. I emailed the ceo with no response, and have two saved transcripts from live chat due the insane lack of help and compassion with a big ordering. Customer. They assumed GE cash value for a rare was fair valuing rs3 gp at 1usd per 1m gold. Did nothing to help besides take my money In the mean time as a loan. I was excited and lost my only days off not wanting to play my game and without money to do anything. Probally the worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had.”
