Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, we do not have any power to choose which slots hit, and which don't on release day. Some customers will secure more than one pair, while others don't secure any. There are way too many factors at play to determine an exact reason for this, but your concern is heard and understood. “Use they service once. Process was easy. They were clear and very communicable. Took a L in release day but everyone did that day. Will be giving it another crack tho 👍🏿”
