It was good last time when I ordered the Jordan 11 Low University Blue, but the last time I purchased a slot and it didn't for the last AJ 1 OG that just came out and when I asked about it, I was given vague information and no updates regarding restock cop or money back. I just wish there was better communication

Hey Kenny! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have looked into our conversation history to gather a better understanding of what you're referring to. Apologies if my response seemed vague, but it's often times impossible to tell if any particular shoe will restock at all. Yes, we typically run for restocks on most drops, but those can occur few and far between. Our standard payment process has remained the same, and in the event of an unsuccessful slot, your payment is not captured and any pending charge you see will drop from your account on its own. Hope that helps to clarify!

Hey there. We appreciate your feedback. I just looked through our conversation history and it looks like your questions were answered in a timely manner. On the day of release, if you receive charges and any confirmation from the retailers we're running, that will be the best telltale of success. If you don't receive anything at all, then your slot likely has not hit. We also send out an update to all customers afterwards with more info. We have more information on this on our FAQ and terms pages as well if you haven't been able to check those out yet!

Charge $95 dollars and this is now two times in a row didn’t give a thing Bigger company charge more and did worse than sole strike

Your service definitely works for copping tough to get drops but during this last experience I attempted to cancel 48 hours before the shoe drop date and you all would not honor that request. I think that is not good customer service.

I'm sorry to hear your last experience was not great. Please understand that our usual timeline is 48 hours prior to the release date (12 AM EST) but our terms state that the timeline can change at our discretion. This is due to the high volume of orders we receive for many releases. It takes us several days to prepare slots and make sure everything is ready to go.

First time being a slot, I did not hit. Most likely will not use again. The experience of expecting at least one pair and not getting anything makes me feel like it was a waste of time. Will not be using again. Thanks

Customer service is great but i do have an issue. Copping one pair of air jordan 1 mochas for a service fee of $125 is not ideal. I was expecting to resell but there's no point I won't any profit. I wont be using RSVP KINGZ anymore

Not a good look when the service fee was $125 and only cop one pair of air jordan 1 mocha. I cant resell to make a profit. I paid over 315 with everything. I should've bought early with Stockx for the same price....wont be using you again

We do our best to offer a fair price for our service considering several different factors. Our service is also not catered for resellers, although that can be a secondary benefit for some of our customers. Regardless, appreciate your feedback.

Inefficient with allowing customers to purchase a single pair of shoes or clothing item without the risk of emptying their bank accounts with multiple numbers of the same item, which thus creates a headache for the customer. These terms are also poorly explained and only listed in the fine print of the website. And the customer service takes several days to respond to inquiries about issues.

Very sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. We work hard to provide a positive experience, and many of our customers are happy with multiple pairs, or they simply return/sell extras. While we understand that is not the case for all customers, there are several places within the checkout process of ordering your slot that explains the possibility for multiple pairs/items per slot. It is not only in the fine print, and we are as transparent as possible. Furthermore, I looked into your inquiry with us and you received a response in exactly 44 minutes.
