“Still not received. Have been asked to revise, but I cannot do this until the item is received. Your email address is not accepting replies there, so I've had to answer your repeated requests here”

Hello Sandra, So we have checked the tracking information and see they have attempted delivery 3 times and there has been no one there to take the parcel. The tracking information says the following "Update on your parcel We've been unable to deliver your parcel on three occasions. Please contact the sender if you still need this parcel" 08:53 - Thu Apr 27 Your parcel is on its way to you today 09:13 - Thu Apr 27 Your local courier will deliver your parcel between 10:30 and 12:30 today 11:21 - Thu Apr 27 We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it. We'll try again on the next working day. 08:58 - Fri Apr 28 Your parcel is on its way to you today 09:39 - Fri Apr 28 Your local courier will deliver your parcel between 13:30 and 15:30 today 14:34 - Fri Apr 28 We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it. We'll try again on the next working day. 08:52 - Sat Apr 29 Your parcel is on its way to you today 09:31 - Sat Apr 29 Your local courier will deliver your parcel between 13:30 and 15:30 today We are sorry this has happened, and we have tried to call and email you with no response as of yet. We have in the meantime contacted the delivery company and they have advised they will email you in the next 24 hours to arrange delivery again for you. Can you please ensure you use the tracking number emailed to you and if you have any issues please email or call us as this is the first we heard of a problem. ***UPDATE*** We have tried to contact you on 9 different occasions and advised now that the delivery company has attempted to deliver the parcel 5 times and there has been no one in to attend. We have sent you the tracking information, there contact details and passed over your information to them. We are still trying to help you but as you are unwilling to communicate with us there isn't anything else we can do. We are very upset with this review as this is simply out of our control but hope you contact the delivery company when you can as we cannot do anything more.
