Well ...horrific Customer service ....some ego tripping bloke on counter bald I think ..bad experience all round .talked over me....! wanted parts for my Honda civic SHAME about his attitude just lost another Customer

Bad experience will never recommend .poor Customer service .poor defunct parts for my ford fiesta.trading standards have said they will investigate as lots of complaints eBay also involved.SHAMBOLIC in store experience

Should read 0 STARS ... Customer service counter rude tall bald guy who just smirks at you ..get some decent Staff !. No people skills .. couldn't discuss my needs ..Poor very Poor AVOID

So I list a job on a car do now having to sue rtg and infirm trading standards and hse also had to let other people on social media how poor the aftersales service is ie ignorant and unprofessional .

Those people shouldn't be allowed do business trading standards should watch out for them they are very poor customer service sent missing parts you will be regret buying form those people no one care no one reply at some point you will get your refund but lot of headaches and time you will end up buying at other places for same sort of price or maybe cheaper.. don't bother buying from those people.

They failed to acknowledge that it was their fault and that they should be paying the extra charges I encountered but simply replied back saying return for a full refund like that was even practical!!! Aviod as they have ZERO customer service!!! They made the Mistake but I had to pay for it!!!!! Reported them to Trading standards.

What kind of company is run like this .poor customer service avoid .go elsewhere .rude counter guy with no people skills . interrupted me on every occasion . arrogant and plain rude .note to owner ..look at your reviews and act on them .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Inferior parts, once fitted do not work correctly. Try to speak to them and they refund straight away without you accepting so you can't take them to a claims resolution. Awful customer service and terrible parts. DO NOT USE!!!!
