“Found Rubber duck when searching for a supplier of waterproof shower panels for a project to refurbish two on suite bathrooms. Placed orders for two three sided shower wall kits, two sliding shower-doors with full fitting kits. The delivery took weeks and it was only when I chased Rubber Duck and they didn't know I hadn't received my order, week later delivery arrived missing on of the three sided shower wall kits. I spoke to the driver, who informed me he knew nothing, then informed me you do know Rubber Duck are just an office who put your order out to tender and get the best price! When I rang Rubber Duck again they didn't know of the missing Shower wall kit, eventually came back and said they were out of stock? Now I know, they don't carry any stock! Two weeks later received a call, we will be delivering tomorrow, hallelugah. Driver arrived rang to say I'm outside, no one in, I said my daughter is in, but never mind I'll be five minutes as I'm only round the corner, drove home, only to find the driver had left. Informed Rubber Duck, two days later delivery arrived. Would I use Rubber Duck again not in a million years, worst customer service ever.”
