I’ve dined at plenty of restaurants over the years—including some high-end spots where a single entrée costs triple digits—and I can honestly say my recent visit to the Ruby Tuesday on 3210 NC Highway 87 in Sanford, NC ranks right up there as one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. ”
