“I am absolutely fuming, ordered some featheredge on Friday for next day delivery it stated. Was happy for it to be a bit late as didn't need it until Wednesday morning as I had builders coming. On Tuesday still no wood. Contacted the office and spoke to Nikki in sales who were originally quick to respond, they confirmed orders were taking longer than expected but she could cancel the order for me so that I could go and source the wood elsewhere, paid for new wood and guess what turns up Thursday afternoon (labelled over night ship) my wood that was cancelled!!!! It was dumped on my door and left with no one knocking (if they had I would have refused delivery!), I now have near on £100 worth of wood which is useless to me and have had to shell out £107 locally to buy it for my builder so he did not have to come back another day and charge me another day rate. Have contacted customer services (all of their operators are working from home so no calls only via email) and NO REPLY, no quick response this time, just ignored !!! Really not happy and has left me out of pocket on a budget that was already stretched. Very very disappointed and no way to contact or talk to anyone.”
