“Ordered a small rug, but only received the underlay. I phoned, and was told that the rug would follow shortly. low amd behold ! I received another underlay- still no rug. Phoned again, and was told that the matter would be looke into. - to be continued”

“Shocking service. Rug order led at begin of December and didn’t come until January. I had to pay customs to FEDEX. I still haven’t got a reply from emails or messenger.”

“Rug ordered almost 2 weeks ago and still not delivered. Do you want my honest opinion of RugShop? Only contact I’ve had from you is asking my opinion on the company. Say no more”

“Unfortunately I am unable to give you a review as I still don’t have my rug. Maybe you need to ask fedex what they think of my new rug!!!! I am in touch with the company director and I am happy with his personal assurances that I will receive a rug from you someday in the future.”
