“May I ordered was faulty, they wanted photos which I sent, they agreed to collection then decided to dispose of May & NOT refund my money 😡. Glad I paid via credit card. BAD customer service 1/10 very poor”

“I ordered kids rug on 4th of December, its 17th and never been delivered. I've got tracking number and PDP said, they never received parcel from Rugs supermarket. Houpfully I will get my money back. Stay away from them !!!!!”

“Yes bad experience. I want to send it back because is not what I was expecting and they said I have to pay for a return.Not worth of it I will lose lot money.Will never try to buy anything from Rugs Supermarket.”
