“An excellent service! After speaking to the gentleman in the shop and deciding which rug we wanted (Indian - beautiful rug), he was able to take the details and ship the rug down to Shropshire without any fuss (I live in the North East). The rug was a wedding present, and was a huge success! This is a super shop and I cannot recommend it highly enough.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase of the Sultan green rug. It tones beautifully with the décor of my room. I was also very impressed with the communication from Rugstore as I was kept informed regularly about the dispatch/delivery of the rug which actually arrived very quickly after I had ordered it. I would definitely use Rugstore again.”
