“I was nervous I had chosen the right rug as I hadn't seen it in person, I read the description of the rug and took the chance and I'm very pleased I did, I absolutely love it, my husband approves and my 2 year old daughter rolls all over it! Thank you, beautiful rug which finishes the look I was aiming to achieve in the living room”

“I was in quick need of an extra large rug and found the rugstore to have the biggest selection online. Once ordered I received confirmation and direction on how and when the rug would be delivered very quickly with accurate and updated times. When delivered I was very pleased with the quality as it was better than I had expected. Would definitely recommend!”

“The rug I ordered was out of stock but I was kept fully informed throughout. It wasn't long before it was ready to be dispatched and even then the service was seamless and perfect. I was given notice to the hour as to when the rug would arrive. I was extremely pleased with the rug when I did receive it. It was exactly the shade of colour I anticipated and the online pictures gave a very accurate idea of the product. Perfect all around service.”

“Rugstore provided good communication about dispatch, informing us of a delay on the expected date of delivery. Whilst there was a delay in delivery, which was down to the courier company, Rugstore investigated, offered an apology and provided assistance to resolve this. We were very happy with the rug when we received it. Great quality.”

“When I submitted my order, the rug was not in stock so someone informed me by phone straight away and gave me an approx. date when it would be in and when it would be delivered. I received an email to say it was to be delivered and it came on that day. The service provided was excellent, thank you.”

“The rugstore were fantastic. I must have phoned about ten times. If they could not answer they promptly rang me back. I kept changing my mind and they were so helpful. I have never experienced such good customer care. The lady took the time to describe the colours to me and we had a good laugh too. It was so nice to speak to people who cared about their business. I would strongly recommend the Rugstore.”
