“My rug had to be imported and consequently there was quite a wait for delivery. However, this was made very clear to me from the outset and my order actually arrived slightly sooner than I had anticipated. I am delighted with the rug. Both customer service and communication offered to me by Rugstore NE was superb. I would not hesitate to order again and/or recommend.”

“Delivery was when stated. Unfortunately the rug had been cut wrong and the sides sloped. I contacted the store and was immediately offered a refund with an apology. I asked for a replacement as I really liked the colours and pattern. The seller was concerned that the next one could be the same if it was a bad batch. I still wanted to risk it so my new order was sent to them to be checked first. I received a call to say that the new one also was not right so I was being refunded and they were very apologetic. Although I didn't get my rug I was really pleased with the level of customer service I was given and will not hesitate to use this company again. Well done Rugstore!”

“The range of rugs was extensive, with much more interesting patterns than many other sites. I paid for my rug and was pleasantly suprised when I received an email a short while later giving me an £80 refund ( Black Friday ). I also received an email informing me that it would be delivered on Monday morning, I had made the purchase on Friday afternoon. In fact their courier delivered the following morning which was great. Having received the rug, I was pleased with the quality, it matched the site description exactly. When I need another rug I will definately go to Rug Store first.”
