“They delivered my rug extremely quickly. I received several confirmations beforehand to keep me updated. The customer service has been excellent and I am extremely pleased with the rug itself. Thank-you.”

“There was an issue with lost emails, but a quick phone call sorted it out. Rug looks great, and the service was very good; delivered on time, and well packaged. Would recommend without hesitation.”

“I ordered a new rug over the Christmas/New Year period, they were honest about when I could realistically expect delivery and it arrived when they anticipated it would, the rug is lovely so it was worth the wait, i'd definitely use them again.”

“I ordered my rug on line and all the information I received from rugstore re. price was accurate - I was particularly impressed that they repaid me 10% discount which the store had overlooked - they had a sale on - so well done rugstore - the rug arrived exactly on time to the hour - and represented very good value for money - excellent service - keep it up - COlin Robinson”
