“Very personal service. The rug I ordered wasn't in stock so I got a phone call within 5 minutes of placing it with an offer to refund it. Shortly after that, they contacted me again to say they managed to source the rug I wanted and it was delivered to me, perfectly packed, within 5 days! A great combination of online retailer with personal bespoke service!”

“Took a chance and bought a rug based totally on the way it was represented on the web site. Worked out great as the picture was a good likeness regarding the colours. The rug is good quality and worth the money paid. Although the web site said 7-10 days to stock the rug then next day delivery we received our rug 5 days or so after placing the order. Going on our experience to date I would recommend this company and we are delighted with the rug and the service”
