“Rug I wanted not in stock when I placed my order, but RugStore responded very quickly and offered me the chance to cancel, however, I decided to wait until back in stock. The rug was back in stock quicker than advised and was delivered within a couple of days. Altogether a good shopping experience.”

“Excellent service and product! I needed my rug in a little bit of a hurry and when I called to explain this I was told that they would do their best to deliver within a week. They achieved that easily so result is one very happy customer!”

“Rug was out of stock after placing the order which annoyed me a little as there was no mention of this beforehand. It took 7 days exact to arrive so overall happy with the speedy delivery and once again a top quality rug at a brilliant price. Definitely the cheapest place to buy rugs (after doing lots of research!).”

“Very helpful on the telephone after I had been let down by another rug store and gave me information about the item I was trying to purchase. Excellent service. Despatched my rug by courier on the day I ordered. The rug arrived, well packaged, the next day at 09.30. Also included a free rug grip. I would highly recommend this retailer to anyone wanting to purchase a rug. Thank You.”
