“We live in rented accommodation and had been looking for a large rug to partly cover the carpet in the living room, which wasn't to our taste. We found a lovely rug on the RugStore website. Although the RS had to wait for the rug to come into stock, we were informed of this as we were when the rug was dispatched. The rug is fantastic, good quality and just what we were looking for. We have no hesitation in recommending RugStore. All in all a good shopping experience. Thank You!”

“The rug arrived VERY quickly and in perfect condition,the packaging was very strong and protected the rug well.The courier company was extremely good and helpful,the delivery driver carried the heavy item indoors without any objection. The rug was better than its photo,and looks fabulous.I wish I had done this at an earlier date as Im selling the house and the rug enhances the appearance of the living room of my Victorian house. A really good company,highly recomended.”

“Delivery was quick. Unfortunately the rug wasn't suitable for the room so I phoned to be advised to send it back via courier for a full refund. The rug was sent back back and the refund made the same day - excellent after sales service. Would definitely use them again in the future.”
