“The rug was delivered quickly and just as described. It looks amazing in our sitting room as it is really fluffy and the design isn't over powering more subtle which is what I was hoping for as I did not want it to clash with the other patterns in the room. The texture of the rug is lovely under bare foot and feels amazing that such a light weight rug can be lambs wool.”

“Had a problem with the colour of the rug I ordered and emailed Rugstore. I must admit that their customer service is nothing short of first class because they replaced the rug without any hassle whatsoever. In this day and age when good customer service is generally ignored, Rugstore are a breath of fresh air. I would have no issue providing a glowing report to anyone interested in buying from them”
