“Extremely happy with both the product and the service I received from Rugstore NE. The rug was delivered for free to Ireland within a matter of days despite it being a week before Christmas and the rug being ordered in as was out of stock. Amazing service and clear communication of the order status all the way through. Securely packed also. Will be a returning customer!”

“Was very pleased with my order, it was easy to place and received it within a few day. Was updated along the way with e-mails allowing me to track order at all times. The rug I ordered was even better looking than the picture gave credit for, so much so I've ordered the same rug in a larger size.”

“From ordering to the delivery, everything was progressed with up to date E-mails, in fact the deliveryman beat the last E -mail saying that the goods had been dispatched! The goods arrived very well boxed and in good condition. Well done Rugstore!”

“I am very pleased with the quality and service from Rug Store NE. The prices are very reasonable and cheap, moderate and expensive rugs are all transparently advertised so that you can immediately see why they are priced accordingly. I purchased a Chinese pure wool rug with a high "thread" count. The pile was generous and exactly as described on the website. However the base of the rug was actually better finished than expected. I shall definitely buy from these folks again, especially as 48hr shipping to SCOTLAND was FREE. Thank you and warmest regards Ron.”
