“Thank you for excellent service. All the staff at Rugstore NE were extremely helpful and I was kept informed from placing my order right through to delivery. I received a call on Friday to say my rugs had been despatched and would be with me the following Tuesday and they actually turned up a day earlier. Very pleased with everything and I would highly recommend Rugstore NE. Thanks everyone.”

“Extremely good product and service. Was kept well informed as to status of the order; the goods arrived as notified and within a very short time of putting in the order. The rug is as described on website and of good quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the transaction.”

“Good immediate response confirming booking, then quickly followed by good delivery info. Carpet arrived on time and well wrapped. Only minor gripe is that the non-slip underlay for hard floor is not preventing hall runner from moving sideways where we step off the bottom stair!”

“I was a bit nervous about buying a rug online, it's the type of product I prefer to see and handle instore. But I need not have worried, the rug is perfect and exceeded my expectations. It is thicker and has a denser pile than I expected and feels very soft and luxurious underfoot. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and it was delivered right on time. The price was the best I could find for this pattern rug and free delivery was a lovely bonus, especially as I live on the Isle of Wight and so many businesses charge extra to delivery here. Rugstore NE will be the first place I look when I next need a rug, and I would certainly recommend them.”

“I found the lady at rug store very friendly and helpful, I had been having problems paying with my card over the internet for some reason so I rang for help, she sorted it out for me straight away, she told me she would email me when the rug was going to be delivered which she did, the rug came the following morning packaged really well, I am very happy with the rug and would recommend rug store to other people, thankyou very much”
