“Rug was exactly as shown in the photos. Despite a delay as it had to be sent from Holland, I was kept informed the whole time. Delivery was prompt as soon as it arrived in UK. Very pleased.”

“I rang to order the rug, the person I spoke to was very helpful, checked stock, confirmed price and made arrangements for it to be delivered the next day. As I wouldn't be in to receive the delivery, we agreed a place for the delivery to be left. The rug had arrived by lunchtime the next day and left at the agreed place. The rug was good quality and did match the picture on the website. I was very impressed by the service and the quality.”

“I ORDERED A RUG WHICH WAS NOT IN STOCK AND WAS TOLD IT COULD BE SUPPLIED IN SEVEN DAYS. I WAS SENT AN EMAIL FOUR DAYS LATER TO SAY THAT IT WAS ON ITS WAY TO ME. IT ARRIVED TWO DAYS LATER IN PERFECT CONDITION AND VERY WELL WRAPPED. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....RUGS GALORE TO SUIT ANY STYLES AND COLOUR SCHEMES, MANY THAT I HADN'T SEEN ON THE HIGH STREET !”

“This store is one of the best on line companies I have dealt with, they keep you fully up todate with delivery times, and if you have a query they will really put themselves out to give you the answer. When the Rug arrived it was exactly as shown on their web site. I am very impressed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
