I have been waiting for them to respond to me about my refund for over two months

Clothes sizes do not match local sizes. Low quality goods whenever at low or lower costs. More than a month and I am still waiting for my refund. No apologies for all the inconvenience. Would give a zero rating if it was possible.

Their return policy states that refund take 3-5 days yet I have been waiting since.

I've had many items that they cancelled on my orders and when i tried to reorder it's out of stock or sizes which left me annoyed but then i sent back items for refund and they partially refunded me and I'm still waiting over a week now for the rest of the refund.

At the same time I request that they reserve an order I want to pay with their refund, and they inform me they do not reserve orders.

Never ever ever buy from this place! I'm convinced that they sell fakes. I bought an item more than a month ago. Received the item broken and sent it back. It's very difficult for them to respond to you or answer your calls. I'm still waiting for my refund...

But i failed to find anything, i then contacted them to rather refund me, Melina has been responding to all my emails, she told me that the since i initially requested a store credit they will not be able to refund me as the system will not balance, to my shock which system is that, any system can reverse and re perform any transaction, she then told me she will follow up with management, i didn't hwar again from Melina and i sent a follow up email, Carla replied saying Melina is on leave and will help me upon her return, that was another shock again because if she could respond on behalf of her why couldn't she continue with the query because im sure Melina did not take the system with, she then replied saying that they can not refund me as i wanted a store credit when i requested a return, yes i did but i have changed my mind now and there is nothing i want from them, i realised its expensive to shop with them.

bought two tops. I am a regular customer of theirs. The nametag is Legend. The tag was cut down the centre making it a reject. I have written to them and advised them to uplift the goods and refund my account.
