“My dad went to Rural King on the west side of Hamilton. Bought a pair of wide work boots. Has a receipt still. Got home and realized they are three sizes smaller than the box. Being older he didn’t think about trying them on but trusted the size. He tried to take them back and the manager said no. Understandable due to COVID but he didn’t stop there. He cursed my dad out, an old man, kicked him out of the store and called the police on my dad. My dad waited outside for the police and the police AGREED with my dad but there was nothing they could do. Corporate is being contacted but I don’t suggest anyone shop there is they treat customers like that.”
