Matt our salesman was brilliant. He allowed me to test ride 5 different cycles before I finally chose one. He picked up on our conversation that we wanted a bike rack, within minutes I bought one, then lights for the bike....sold. Just great service.

I bought some new panniers from Rutland but forgot to apply my discount code, contacted Rutland be got a reply from Kirsten who had sorted it out and applied the discount. No mess and fuss free - great service ๐Ÿ‘

Ordered a Giro Synthe MPIS, fantastic delivery and customer service, fast forward 8 months and I needed a copy of the receipt, spoke to Kirsten on the phone and in a matter of minutes a replacement was in my inbox, every company should have customer care like Rutland provide.

Many thanks to Shannon and Millie for sorting out my missing order. Bit of a mix up in the order chain but customer service was excellent in rectifying the problem.

Ordered a Giant Contend 1 last week. Quality bike at a very competitive price! It was delivered promptly,bit of a mix up with dates but this was promptly and very efficiently dealt with by Rebecca in customer services. Great service would recommend to anyone searching for a new bike!!

I needed a receipt for an item I bought two years ago, Anna was able to provide the receipt I had lost, within a couple of minutes. Excellent service now and when I originally bought the item.

I had a small problem with a noise my bike was making. As I am not near a Rutland dealership I was asked to take the bike to a local shop to see if they could locate the problem and we would take it from there. The local shop managed to sort the problem and Rutland immediately reimbursed me for the cost. Thanks Millie from Rutland. Excellent service.
