Usually ok if a little jaded at times. Bought a £150 jacket there a while ago, In person at Whitwell. (I was reminded of this when friends were disappointed with reception there for E bike service) Jacket sold, £150 handed over. Almost too much effort to fold it up, let alone provide a bag. Couldn’t wait to see me leave, which I did for while to come. Shame, had some good service there in the past.

Ordered a bike for next day delivery on the 31st May, the bike didn't arrive. I complained and was then promised it would ship on the 2nd June for next day delivery, it didn't arrive. I checked the tracking on Monday the 5th June, it showed the bike as not having been collected. Rutland said the driver must have forgotten to 'scan the package'. Seven days later and the tracking showed the bike was NOT collected by TNT, however they refused to refund my £600 'as the bike might be delivered' - so i had to do a chargeback with my card company to get my money back...very poor

I placed an order online via an offer I’d seen, which at the time, I hadn’t realised it had actually expired some time ago. It was completely my mistake but after speaking with Kirsten and explaining the situation, she very kindly offered to honour the promotion as a good will gesture. This is my first E-Bike purchase through Rutland and I’d have absolutely no problem recommending them to anybody else, especially Kirsten, who offered excellent customer service in a polite and professional manner. Thank you.

Poor experience. I was one of two customers in the store. We both got ignored by the many staff who were all busy doing stuff but not looking after customers. I wandered around looking for the specific bike I wanted to look at ( and potentially buy) but got frustrated and left after 15 mins. I'll probably now buy online where I have zero expectations of customer care. Shame.

Matt our salesman was brilliant. He allowed me to test ride 5 different cycles before I finally chose one. He picked up on our conversation that we wanted a bike rack, within minutes I bought one, then lights for the bike....sold. Just great service.

I bought some new panniers from Rutland but forgot to apply my discount code, contacted Rutland be got a reply from Kirsten who had sorted it out and applied the discount. No mess and fuss free - great service 👍

Ordered a Giro Synthe MPIS, fantastic delivery and customer service, fast forward 8 months and I needed a copy of the receipt, spoke to Kirsten on the phone and in a matter of minutes a replacement was in my inbox, every company should have customer care like Rutland provide.

Completely misleading website showing they have items in stock when they're clearly not in a position to fulfil the order. Despite website saying item in stock, I called after 7 days and the items still not in the warehouse ready for delivery. Really misleading and caused me over a week delay which would have been even longer had I not called twice. Also, when they promise to call you back, that didn't happen either...

I ordered and paid for a new helmet at the start of August. Now November and still no helmet despite countless chases and hours wasted. Multiple excuses and promises but still no helmet and it is always me, the customer, who has to chase. Rutland have not once come to me with an explanation or an update. The evidence suggests customer service is broken and therefore cannot recommend, indeed will never go near again.

I bought a bike from rutland cycling. And the bike itself had a couple of issues. But the way the guys at rutland cycles milton keynes store sorted it out was second to none. Supurb customer care. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Giant Contend 1 last week. Quality bike at a very competitive price! It was delivered promptly,bit of a mix up with dates but this was promptly and very efficiently dealt with by Rebecca in customer services. Great service would recommend to anyone searching for a new bike!!

Ordered an ebike via phone call to Graham telesales in May, pd a deposit with bike expected in stock in June. Contacted by Graham early June requesting full payment as bike due in stock, against my better judgement I paid, June & July came and went, no communication from Rutland Cycling. When I contacted customer services I was told that Graham had left & another telesales person would be in touch. A new possible date was October with no guarantee this would happen. I requested a full refund and to be fair this was returned to my bank within 3 days… phew! Need less to say I won’t be ordering anything else from this company again

I needed a receipt for an item I bought two years ago, Anna was able to provide the receipt I had lost, within a couple of minutes. Excellent service now and when I originally bought the item.

I had a small problem with a noise my bike was making. As I am not near a Rutland dealership I was asked to take the bike to a local shop to see if they could locate the problem and we would take it from there. The local shop managed to sort the problem and Rutland immediately reimbursed me for the cost. Thanks Millie from Rutland. Excellent service.

I bought a turbo trainer from the Milton Keynes store and had issues with the finance agreement. The customer services from the store was shocking, I visited the store, emailed and called but It was not resolved, It was partially resolved after contacting their HQ customer services (Rebecca) who sorted the issue within a week. I would not rush to purchase anything from Rutland in the future.
