I bought a turbo trainer from the Milton Keynes store and had issues with the finance agreement. The customer services from the store was shocking, I visited the store, emailed and called but It was not resolved, It was partially resolved after contacting their HQ customer services (Rebecca) who sorted the issue within a week.
I would not rush to purchase anything from Rutland in the future.
