I placed an order online via an offer I’d seen, which at the time, I hadn’t realised it had actually expired some time ago. It was completely my mistake but after speaking with Kirsten and explaining the situation, she very kindly offered to honour the promotion as a good will gesture.
This is my first E-Bike purchase through Rutland and I’d have absolutely no problem recommending them to anybody else, especially Kirsten, who offered excellent customer service in a polite and professional manner.
