Poor experience. I was one of two customers in the store.
We both got ignored by the many staff who were all busy doing stuff but not looking after customers.
I wandered around looking for the specific bike I wanted to look at ( and potentially buy) but got frustrated and left after 15 mins.
I'll probably now buy online where I have zero expectations of customer care. Shame.
