I placed an order online via an offer I’d seen, which at the time, I hadn’t realised it had actually expired some time ago. It was completely my mistake but after speaking with Kirsten and explaining the situation, she very kindly offered to honour the promotion as a good will gesture. This is my first E-Bike purchase through Rutland and I’d have absolutely no problem recommending them to anybody else, especially Kirsten, who offered excellent customer service in a polite and professional manner. Thank you.

Matt our salesman was brilliant. He allowed me to test ride 5 different cycles before I finally chose one. He picked up on our conversation that we wanted a bike rack, within minutes I bought one, then lights for the bike....sold. Just great service.

I bought some new panniers from Rutland but forgot to apply my discount code, contacted Rutland be got a reply from Kirsten who had sorted it out and applied the discount. No mess and fuss free - great service 👍

Ordered a Giro Synthe MPIS, fantastic delivery and customer service, fast forward 8 months and I needed a copy of the receipt, spoke to Kirsten on the phone and in a matter of minutes a replacement was in my inbox, every company should have customer care like Rutland provide.

I bought a bike from rutland cycling. And the bike itself had a couple of issues. But the way the guys at rutland cycles milton keynes store sorted it out was second to none. Supurb customer care. Highly recommended.

I needed a receipt for an item I bought two years ago, Anna was able to provide the receipt I had lost, within a couple of minutes. Excellent service now and when I originally bought the item.

I had a small problem with a noise my bike was making. As I am not near a Rutland dealership I was asked to take the bike to a local shop to see if they could locate the problem and we would take it from there. The local shop managed to sort the problem and Rutland immediately reimbursed me for the cost. Thanks Millie from Rutland. Excellent service.

I ordered some pedals forgetting to use the price match. Contacted Rutland Cycling and a lovely lady called Rebecca instantly replied to refund me the difference and was really helpful, professional & understanding. Highly recommended company and Rebecca is a credit to you! I'll definitely shop with you again thanks 💫

First class experience from beginning to end. Bought a lovely e-bike, the guy (Joe) discounted the pedals even though the bike was in the sale. The end to end user journey was fabulous, I was kept updated at all times by Millie. I also had a small issue with a warped rotor and Rebecca agreed to reimburse without all the hassle you get from 'other' online retailers. Delighted and impressed

I had an issue with a gift voucher that i was unable to process online. After contacting the customer service desk, Mirron was very prompt in resolving the issue with great customer service

I ordered a Garmin Edge 130 plus bundle. When it arrived the heart monitor was missing. I rang customer services and spoke to Millie. She was very helpful and said she would look into what had happened. She subsequently ordered a new heart monitor from Garmin and this arrived a few days later. Very good service.

I had an initial quality issue with a tyre which had a fault only showing after fitting. Obviously this was beyond Rutland’s control and after a couple of back and forth emails a solution was offered. Michelle, a very efficient and pleasant lady assisted me and kindly arranged for a new tyre to be sent out on a fast next day delivery service. I was extremely pleased with both Rutland’s speed of response to emails and the final outcome.

Items were damaged in transit, not their fault, but Rebecca made sure the issue was quickly resolved in a sensible manner. Very happy with their pragmatic and flexible approach.
