I have had a manufacturing issue with a Schwarbe Marathon tyre supplied by Rutland Cycling. As soo as they received my email and photo they arranged to order a replacement with a 24 hour delivery window. This is truly exceptional service-I would have no issue in recommending Rutland Cycling for your cycling needs.

Superb service from Rutland cycles from placing my order to delivery, many thanks to Millie for sorting a weekend delivery and thanks to the very helpful driver who delivered the bike to my door . Top notch service which you don’t see enough of these days I would definitely use Rutland cycles again.

Had a small issue on delivery with a lube oil bottle with a broken cap. Anna at Rutland sent a replacement by return express delivery. Super service. Thanks.

Ordered a bike on Tuesday, was here on Thursday. Which is unreal service, unfortunately tho the bike had been damaged in transit which is no fault of Rutland cycles. They gave me a few options to sort it, they came back on Tuesday as requested to pick up the broken bike and the new one was delivered the next morning. Just want to thank Anna for making it go so smoothly for something that usually takes weeks to happen in a few days and have the coke to me for the weekend as I needed it. Much appreciated and will use these again.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Millie, all my issues/concerns were dealt with immediately, everything was stress free and she was more than happy to help! Very polite and understanding. I wish all customer service providers were this awesome!! Thanks Millie.

I ordered a pair of shoes which were regrettably too small . I contacted customer services who were able to assist with the return and helped with the order of another pair. Very pleased with the way everything was handled from the customer care department to the sales department.

I have to say I buy bike parts from many web sources and Millie in customer services was brilliant. When you buy something from an on-line retailer the only measure you have is how quickly the item arrives (and if you are happy with it). In most cases it ends there and you continue to buy from that retailer. It's only when things don't go right you find out how good the retailer really is. I purchased a wheel and the decals were the wrong colour (not as per the advert i.e. wording in white rather than all black - first world problem I know). They arranged a pick up of the wheel at my convenience and delivered the correct wheel the following day. It's a fact of life mistake happen and you can't ask for better service than that when they do. They get my vote. Thank you Millie.

My Garmin Edge 530 went faulty in hot weather. Customer Services were very supportive in sending this back and organising a refund very quickly. It's how you handle issues that makes the difference.

I had a fault with some recent tire purchases - I contacted the store and spoke to Mirron in their customer care team and - the service was second to non - she helped me sort out any returns/ exchanges / refunds and made the whole task nice and easy - after care is paramount & important and Mirron delivered - well done Mirron and thanks again for all your help and hard work xx I will recommend and purchase from this organisation in the future :)

I must review my opinion of Rutland Cycles. After a very poor start they have come up trumps and delivered two very nice Giant cycles, along with a box of goodies FOC. I must thank Claire from Rutland, she has done a very good job, in difficult circumstances. Wendy

Bought 2 Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres. Excellent value and arrived within 2 days so really impressed with their service. As for the tyres I use them on my road bike for touring. The previous ones have lasted for around 17,000 miles (swapping front for back half way through their life) with no punctures due to the tyres (one due to inner tube rubbing against spoke on inside of wheel as lining had slipped). Can’t say better than that!

Ordered bike online. Received texts and emails regarding progress of my order. Arrived as promised. I had a query so contacted customer services by Web chat. Instant response. I,m very happy with everything.
