I have to say I buy bike parts from many web sources and Millie in customer services was brilliant.
When you buy something from an on-line retailer the only measure you have is how quickly the item arrives (and if you are happy with it). In most cases it ends there and you continue to buy from that retailer. It's only when things don't go right you find out how good the retailer really is. I purchased a wheel and the decals were the wrong colour (not as per the advert i.e. wording in white rather than all black - first world problem I know). They arranged a pick up of the wheel at my convenience and delivered the correct wheel the following day. It's a fact of life mistake happen and you can't ask for better service than that when they do. They get my vote. Thank you Millie.
