I had an initial quality issue with a tyre which had a fault only showing after fitting. Obviously this was beyond Rutland’s control and after a couple of back and forth emails a solution was offered.
Michelle, a very efficient and pleasant lady assisted me and kindly arranged for a new tyre to be sent out on a fast next day delivery service.
I was extremely pleased with both Rutland’s speed of response to emails and the final outcome.
